Hello,

I'm writing to say "My Compliments!" on your Sales and Customer Service Staff - from my initial contact via phone to online chat to email exchange, each staff member took care of me as though I deserved extra special treatment - and they gave me that extra special treatment, calling the warehouse EACH time I asked about status, going the extra mile to keep me informed and not just with the usual 'boilerplate' type language, but specifically about my order, etc.

Everyone was great!

Mine is not a big order, but your company treated me from start to finish as though I had placed a very important order! My compliments - I shop online all the time and can compare Customer Service Treatment from at least 15 different companies, so I make a point of communicating my compliments when they are deserved. (Please put this letter of compliment in the file of each staff member I dealt with)

Geneva Locking Mailbox

Perfect!

We wanted to up grade our mailbox from a wall mount to a free standing, but we were not going to settle for just anything. We took our time to look for the best in quality, style and price. Mail Package Drop - Item 9001

We are totally pleased with your product (your number 9001)! It is sturdy and will hold a great deal of mail before we'll need to empty it (which means we won't have to stop mail service when we are traveling). The internal baffles preclude removal of mail via the drop chute, yet the design is such that large magazines and medium-sized packages drop through to the bottom easily. We very much appreciate your assistance in selecting the mail box and arranging shipment. It arrived right on schedule in perfect condition. We just love how it looks, mounted in its concrete-and-stucco base. Perfect for this part of the Southwest.
