Return Policy
Return Goods: No goods will be accepted by our Receiving Department without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All items shipped to us without an RGA number displayed on the outside packaging will be refused. You must first apply for an RGA with our Customer Service department within 30 days of delivery. Returned goods are not accepted beyond 30 days from the date of delivery. All
returned goods are subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee (based on
manufacturer restock fee) plus the shipping costs back to us (including
items originally shipped with "Free Shipping"). Custom and special orders may not be returned. CBUs (items 3118, 3112, 3113 and 3116) may not be returned. Returned goods must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only (not US Mail) freight prepaid and must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. If the goods are not returned in original packaging and in saleable condition, the return may be denied.
Installation: Most products are shipped fully assembled and ready for installation. Inside each box you will find installation instructions. If your box requires an USPS control lock, please contact your local Post Office to schedule installation of the lock. The USPS installs this free of charge for all USPS approved mailboxes requiring a control lock.
Warranty: The company warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a given period from the shipment date. Unless otherwise specified elsewhere on this Website, this period is one year. The company makes no warranty that the goods sold under this agreement are fit for any particular purpose. For orders involving missing parts such as keys, flags, bolts and other hardware, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt for replacement. We will not replace missing parts after 7 days from order receipt.
Product Changes: The company reserves the right to change the configuration, size, materials, colors, finishes, options or accessories of any product without notice.
