Each 13 Door Cluster Box Unit includes 1 Parcel Locker and is constructed from heavy gauge rust-proof aluminum and coated with a durable, corrosion-resistant powder coat finish. High tensile strength stainless steel door hardware ensures smooth operation while enhancing mail security. All cluster mailboxes are officially licensed and authorized by the U.S. Postal Service for mail delivery, making them ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Access from the front allows for easy mail retrieval through individual locking door panels. Each mail box door includes a heavy duty five (5) pin cylinder cam lock with a dust/rain shield and three (3) keys. The door also features a 1” high number from 1-13 (standard) to protect the user’s identity. Alternatively, custom engraved self- adhesive placards are available as an option to lend a personalized touch. One additional compartment in each unit is identified as "Outgoing Mail" and includes a weather protection flap for the 11.5” W x 3/4” H mail slot.

For mail delivery, the postal carrier is entrusted with exclusive USPS keys that open the master door and individual parcel lockers – thus preventing unauthorized access. These CBU locks are installed by your post master for free, but please consult your local branch to schedule the installation. You should also consult your postmaster on the placement of the unit so that it conforms to local standards. (Contact information is provided below.)

Color choices for all cluster mailboxes are: Sandstone, Bronze, Green, Black, White, or Gray (Grey for replacement purposes only) *Pedestals sold separately and may be added with the dropdown menu.
