As of October 6, 2006, USPS STD-4C compliant mailbox systems are mandatory on all NEW CONSTRUCTION and MAJOR RENOVATIONS. Mailboxes that are 4B+ compliant will only be considered USPS Approved if they are replacing existing mailboxes. USPS APPROVED. Constructed of durable, heavy gauge extruded aluminum. Doors and trim are striated to resist scratching. Door Size: 16"h x 5 1/2"w. This mailbox has five doors and is shipped fully assembled. Select surface mount collar if hanging on a wall or select recessed unit if cutting an opening in wall. Mounting hardware (screws) for Surface Mount application are not included. Each tenant door comes with a name and number card with a slot cutout in door to house the ID cards. Each door has a cam lock with two keys. Each lock can be re-keyed up to 1000 times. Our Grade A finishes are Anodized Gold or Anodized Aluminum. Grade B finishes are silver, gold or bronze powder coat. Other custom powder coat finishes are available upon request with an upcharge. Optional permanently custom engraved numbers into door in lieu of name card holder upon request with an upcharge.

We offer two different types of mailboxes:

Grade A: 30% heavier with a commercial grade anodized finish. STANDARD ORDERS DELIVER BETWEEN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (i.e. no customization such as engraved numbers on doors and outgoing mail slot doors). CUSTOM ENGRAVING AND DOORS WITH OUTGOING MAIL SLOTS USUALLY TAKE 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO FABRICATE PLUS TRANSIT TIME.

Grade B: Lighter gage material with powder coat finish. PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 WEEKS FOR FABRICATION PLUS TRANSIT TIME.

Each module includes newly required security upgrade to comply with USPS Standard 4B+.
