Low Price Guarantee: As a major distributor of postal products, MailBoxes4Less takes great pride in the low prices and great service we offer our customers. We continuously search the Web to ensure our prices can't be beat. Due to the continuously changing e-tail environment, we occasionally miss something. For this reason, we offer a Low Price Guarantee on over 90% of the products we carry on our Website. If you find an identical product in stock elsewhere on the Internet for a lower price than ours we will match or beat that price. You must contact us before you place your order and we will confirm that your item qualifies and make sure you get the best price on your purchase. To take advantage of this guarantee you must provide a verifiable accurate advertised product price plus all associated shipping and handling fees.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed do not include applicable taxes or freight. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment.
Payment Terms: Terms are subject to change without notice. Unless credit is established, payment must be made in full at time order is placed for all custom orders and prior to shipment for all other orders. Purchase orders are accepted from institutions, government agencies and businesses with a satisfactory Dun and Bradstreet rating. All credit orders are due 30 days after date of shipment.
Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise specified, our prices do not include freight. PLEASE NOTE: For items designated “Free Shipping”, the delivery charges are waived ONLY for the contiguous 48 United States. All freight is prepaid and most items are shipped via UPS. Please note that some goods can not be shipped via UPS due to their size or configuration, and a carrier specializing in such items is the means of delivery. All truck deliveries are made curbside and are not an inside delivery. Inside delivery can be requested at an additional cost. If you do not request this at the time of order and insist on the carrier delivering inside you will be charged for the additional delivery fee.
Delivery: Most products are shipped within 24 hours of order. Large quantity and custom orders may have longer lead times and may be drop shipped from various warehouses. Within 10 working days after receipt of order, we will provide via email a scheduled shipping date for all custom and large quantity orders. We cannot guarantee exact shipping dates due to possible material shortages, accidents, strikes, government regulations and other factors beyond our control. Once the orders have shipped, they are the property of the purchaser. Before signing for your order, please note on the freight bill any possible damage to file a freight claim. Once the bill of lading has been signed and damage was not listed, it is likely you have waived your rights to file a freight claim. It is our recommendation that you sign all bills of lading "Subject to Inspection". This will help preserve your freight claim rights. Each carrier has different times before which a freight claim must be filed. Report all damage as soon as possible. Please note: All original packaging including outer carton, inner packaging, corner guards, etc., must be retained to file a freight claim. Without this the carrier will deny the claim.
Return Goods: No goods will be accepted by our Receiving Department without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All items shipped to us without an RGA number displayed on the outside packaging will be refused. You must first apply for an RGA with our Customer Service department within 30 days of delivery. Returned goods are not accepted beyond 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned goods are subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee (based on manufacturer restock fee) plus the shipping costs back to us (including items originally shipped with "Free Shipping"). Custom and special orders may not be returned. CBUs (items 3118, 3112, 3113 and 3116) may not be returned. Returned goods must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only (not US Mail) freight prepaid and must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. If the goods are not returned in original packaging and in saleable condition, the return may be denied.
Installation: Most products are shipped fully assembled and ready for installation. Inside each box you will find installation instructions. If your box requires an USPS control lock, please contact your local Post Office to schedule installation of the lock. The USPS installs this free of charge for all USPS approved mailboxes requiring a control lock.
Warranty: The company warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a given period from the shipment date. Unless otherwise specified elsewhere on this Website, this period is one year. The company makes no warranty that the goods sold under this agreement are fit for any particular purpose. For orders involving missing parts such as keys, flags, bolts and other hardware, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt for replacement. We will not replace missing parts after 7 days from order receipt.
Product Changes: The company reserves the right to change the configuration, size, materials, colors, finishes, options or accessories of any product without notice.
